Yes I would recommend this book because it tells people that the scary bear is not scary. His scars show how brave he was.

Two girls called Ivy and Bean wanted their parents to get them cheese every day but they always say no.

For 5, 6 and 7 year olds because it would be very good to teach them how to be a good friend.

I would because it would be nice for little kids to know how to be a frien.

Chinese Cinderella

What is this book about?

Chinese Cinderella is about a girl named Adeline Yen Mah, whose mother died giving birth to her. Adeline had been considered bad luck by her family ever since. Her father married Jeanne, a mean stepmother. Adeline has been trying to prove her worth to her family ever since.

Who would this book be suitable for?

I think this book is suitable for girls or boys at the age of 8 or 9 and adults could probably even read it. The book starts from Adeline's childhood then goes until what happens to her in the future.

Would you/would you not recommend the book? Why?

I am 100% sure that anyone reading this book will recommend it. It may be the best book I have ever read. I love how the story is an autobiography and how it inspires people.
